Reviewing An Existing Program

Purpose: To make decisions regarding existing programs

We review your existing strategic, or legacy programs on dimensions such as design suitability for outcomes, stakeholder impressions and alignment, fit with current strategy, usage, and application, or to fill other important information gaps needed for making decisions.

Designing Program Elements

Purpose: To strengthen and improve performance of existing programs

From time-to-time you may need support to strengthen the performance of a program. If the program structure and context is suitable, we develop elements to close design gaps, support implementation, and improve the outcome potential of the project.
